House speciality, prime rib

This meal is served with fresh crusty rolls and herb butters as cruise gets underway. This is followed at 6:25 PM with Caesar salad sprinkled with fresh ground parmesan.  At 7:00 the main course is served: Prime rib, Au'jus,  baby roast potatoes in creamy dill sauce,Yorkshire pudding and honey glazed carrots. The meal finishes with a delectable dessert and coffee at 7:30.

Chicken Cordon Bleu or Chicken Martese

This meal is served with fresh crusty rolls and herb butters as cruise gets underway. This is followed with Caesar salad sprinkled with fresh ground parmesan. Our main course is your choice of Chicken Cordon Bleu or Chicken Martese served with a rice pilaf (unless added onto a prime rib nite) and honey glazed carrots. Cordon blue is a fresh chicken breast stuffed with ham and swiss cheese, while Chicken Martese is a breast stuffed with spinach, spices and specialty cheeses. The meal finishes with dessert and coffee.

Vegetarian

There are options for replacing the rib or chicken with a fresh, spice roasted portabella, or a salmon fillet smothered in a caper filled sauce, so please let us know when making reservations.
